2003-04-30 - 5:29 p.m. Shamelessly in love...? You know, it wasn't that long since my personal 'love ultimatum' when I heard what could be sole reason why people shouldn't get 'all tangled in the game'. Tony, god bless his shameless soul, left one of the saddest, funniest messages ever on our home phone's answering machine earlier this week. And I, equally shameless and out of sheer pity and self-amusement, started laughing at about 20 seconds in when he said 'I think you're mad at me, but I don't know what.' On the one hand, I don't blame Tony at all when it comes to his shamelessness in keeping nothing, and I do mean nothing, in. Always wanting the upperhand, Mom would do such things as turn off her phone in anger to spite him, which is what he assumed that day. On the other hand, the message a minute and a half long. Like I said, I started laughing 10, 20 seconds in, but once I stopped laughing, I would start laughing again when I realized the message kept going. I didn't even play it back to listen to it all because, well, it's kind of painful. Mom didn't hear the whole thing either. She was too ticked that he left such a message in the first place. Can't wait till I have a boyfriend that would leave embarrassing, really long messages on the machine for me, too. You're the smirk,a frown-smile hybrid that's a little bit cocky and usually associated with evil or arrogant, but attractive people. You probably just don't give a damn, but it's everyone else's fault if you don't because you're too awesome to have any real faults.
